unfulfilled upgrade uninterested staff
The location was pretty convenient for getting around. It was alright.
The promised upgrade never materialized. My room faced an alley and the view was of a brick wall. How exciting. The staff seemed rather uninterested in addressing any concerns. I was like I was bothering them. It was a bummer

excellent stay!
free bicycles spacious layout quiet atmosphere
I found complimentary bicycles available. the room had a spacious layout and comfortable bed. the location made exploring easy. I easily reached many attractions on foot. i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the room, especially given the busy streets outside.
the absence of a dedicated desk in the room was a slight inconvenience for some work i needed to complete.

The classic king room has good space with comfortable furnishings. the room included a modern television with many channels and fast internet access. This provided great entertainment options. the bathroom featured luxury toiletries.

noisy air conditioning missing desk
My room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was loud. It kept me awake most nights. I was expecting a more substantial workspace in my room, like a proper desk. There wasn't one, made working difficult.

excellent location restful experience helpful staff complimentary snacks
the location proved excellent, providing easy access to various attractions. the room offered a restful experience because of the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. i found the staff consistently helpful and attentive to my needs. there was a pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby.
the gym, while adequate, had limited equipment, with only a few cardio machines, which sometimes led to waiting during peak hours. this was a very slight inconvenience though.

the staff addressed all requests promptly. they provided helpful information about local attractions. i noticed they maintained a high level of professionalism, and were always courteous.
